Job Summary

Own the catalog listing workflow across multiple marketplaces and support event-driven campaigns with precision and speed.

Listing Operations: manage product postings and inventory across eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.
Event & Campaign Support: build spreadsheets for specials, mailings, and promo launches to inform quick decisions.

Responsibilities

posting product listings and inventory across multiple online marketplaces
Weekly and periodic projects may include research and preparation of spreadsheets for special events, promotional mailing/marketing campaigns, and various other tasks as skills and industry knowledge develop

Requirements

eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce platform experience
Microsoft Excel skills
College-level writing, editing, and proofreading
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer literate/savvy - must be able to navigate, type proficiently, and learn new software
Eager to learn, Flexible, Multi-Tasker, Self-starter, and can meet deadlines
Seller Cloud, Channel Advisor, or other listing platform experience
Photoshop / HTML / SEO / WordPress
Familiarity with electronics
Ability to Commute: Van Nuys, CA 91406 (Required)
