We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable CRM solutions. If you have deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations, we’d love to connect with you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Define technical architecture, best practices, and development standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams.
- Implement integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Provide guidance on customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate.
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of CRM solutions.
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Integration experience with Azure, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
- Experience with solution design, deployment strategies, and ALM.
- Strong understanding of security model and data architecture in D365.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
- Experience leading large enterprise CRM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
