We're a founder-led DTC brand with over a million customers across a growing line of wellness and skincare devices. We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to scale our affiliate program aggressively - across content creators and platform affiliates. Base pay plus a performance bonus structure that rewards results. If you can bring us to $1M/month in affiliate revenue, this role will be one of the best-paying jobs you've ever had.

What you'll own

• Scale our affiliate program across every channel - platform affiliates (Levanta, Impact, and beyond) and content creators
• Hand-hold our top creator affiliates directly - understand what they need, get them converting, and build the playbooks that make it repeatable at scale
• Apply a creative eye to partner content - brief creators, review assets, and push for output that actually converts
• Recruit, activate, and retain affiliates who drive real revenue - not just sign-ups
• Make on-the-fly decisions - adjust commissions, swap creative, kill what isn't working, double down on what is
• Own the numbers - GMV, attributed revenue, ROAS, partner ROI - and report like a business owner, not a coordinator

Who you are

• Obsessed with affiliate marketing - you follow the space, you have opinions, and you think about it outside of work hours
• 2+ years managing affiliate or influencer programs for a DTC or e-commerce brand, with real revenue to show for it
• Experienced working directly with content creators - you know how to earn their trust, guide their content, and get results out of the relationship
• Creative enough to recognize strong content and give useful, specific feedback - not just "make it better"
• Motivated by performance upside - you want your pay tied to what you produce
• A self-starter who takes initiative without being asked - you spot opportunities, move on them, and figure out the details as you go

Compensation

Base salary plus a performance bonus tied directly to affiliate revenue you generate. There's no ceiling on the bonus side - the more you scale, the more you earn. We're looking for someone who sees that as the point.
