Growth & Demand Gen: Build demand generation from zero across outbound, content, events, partnerships, and ABM for biotech, pharma, synthetic biology, service providers, and lab-ops leaders around use cases like protocol execution, ELN/LIMS modernization, data wrangling, and AI-ready lab infrastructure.
Messaging & Sales Enablement: Turn customer conversations into sharper messaging, case studies, decks, and nurture flows; align with CEO on target priorities for timely follow-up.
Product Marketing & Positioning: Make the technical product understandable; refine category narrative, value props, and differentiation vs Benchling and ELN/LIMS.

Job Description

Growth & Demand Gen: Build demand generation from zero across outbound, content, events, partnerships, and ABM for biotech, pharma, synthetic biology, service providers, and lab-operations leaders around use cases like protocol execution, ELN/LIMS modernization, data wrangling, and AI-ready lab infrastructure.
Messaging & Sales Enablement: Support founder-led sales by turning customer conversations into sharper messaging, case studies, decks, and nurture flows for high-value accounts and pilots; prioritize targets with the CEO for timely follow-up.
Product Marketing & Positioning: Make the technical product understandable and compelling; refine category narrative, value props, and differentiation versus Benchling, legacy ELN/LIMS, internal scripts, and AI copilots.
Brand & Content: Build early brand presence through content strategy, thought leadership, case studies, technical explainers, launch content, and core collateral; support announcements and partnership launches.
Marketing Infrastructure: Stand up CRM/marketing automation, build lead capture, attribution, segmentation, nurture flows, and dashboards; track funnel from visitor to pilot to customer with fast feedback to sales and founders.
