Job Summary

Own the cross-functional delivery loop for Forwarding Hub features by turning feedback into actionable stories, driving pricing and workflow enhancements, and coordinating with Product, IT, Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to create scalable, compliant solutions.

  • Roadmap to release: translate customer needs into user stories and requirements, prioritize by value and feasibility, and refine the backlog for smooth releases.
  • Pricing and performance focus: optimize buy/sell rates, margin visibility, and pricing accuracy in collaboration with Pricing and Finance.
  • Adoption and quality: drive UAT, release validation, defect resolution with engineering, and post-release adoption analytics to inform improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the roadmap, design, and delivery of Forwarding Hub features (e.g., quoting, documentation, workflows)
  • Translate customer feedback and business needs into user stories and functional requirements
  • Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Prioritize enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Support backlog refinement, release planning, and scope definition
  • Provide clear analysis and recommendations to align stakeholders and guide decisions
  • Support pricing capabilities, including buy/sell rates, margin visibility, and workflows
  • Partner with Pricing and Finance to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable, and compliant
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin performance, and pricing accuracy
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing and release validation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with digital platforms or product development (logistics or pricing preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing backlogs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams

Preferred

  • Experience with transportation management systems or freight forwarding platforms
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy and revenue optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
