Our support team is the backbone of client success. You'll be the person agents rely on when something goes wrong, and the reason they stay when they're thinking about leaving. This role is high-ownership, high-communication, and built for someone who solves problems before they become fires.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Handle support tickets – Manage incoming client and internal team inquiries with speed and clarity, primarily within FreshDesk and GoHighLevel (GHL).

✅ Jump on calls when needed – Step in on live calls to resolve escalations or walk clients through issues in real time.

✅ Coordinate with the CRM developer – Flag system-level issues, communicate clearly, and follow up until resolved.

✅ Work with billing & fulfillment – Collaborate cross-functionally when client issues touch payments, onboarding, or delivery.

✅ Handle cancellations & refund requests – Conduct cancellation calls and manage post-cancellation inquiries in accordance with client agreements.

✅ Protect the client relationship – Every touchpoint you own is an opportunity to retain trust and revenue.

Who We're Looking For:

🔥 Full-time only – This is a core operational role. If you are looking for a part-time remote gig, this isn’t for you.

🔥 GHL-fluent or fast learner – You know your way around GoHighLevel, or you'll master it fast. You must be coachable and a fast learner. 

🔥 Calm, clear communicator – You can de-escalate a frustrated client and explain a billing issue in the same breath.

🔥 Cross-functional team player – You can communicate seamlessly with developers, billing, and fulfillment without dropping the ball.

🔥 Ownership mentality – You don't close a ticket and forget it. You follow through until the issue is actually resolved.

🔥 Thick-skinned & solution-focused – Cancellation calls and refund requests aren't fun. You handle them professionally and turn them around whenever possible.

💰 Compensation (For Those Who Take Ownership):

✅ Base Salary: $1,200/month (bi-weekly payroll)

✅ Commission: Available on saved deals. Retain a client, earn a bonus

✅ Typical Earnings: $1,300 – $1,500/month (base + commissions)

✅ Base can be renegotiated after 60 days for proven top performers
