Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive branding across all communications.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility in the e-commerce space.
• Engage in graphic design tasks using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing content.
• Perform proofreading of all content before publication to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing strategies, and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and video editing software.
• Strong skills in content creation including photography and graphic design.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to maintain high-quality standards in all communications.
• Knowledge of branding principles and experience in e-commerce environments is preferred.
