Job Summary

Own the client growth program and take full ownership of strategy, onboarding, and ongoing optimization for a POD of accounts.

  • Own ownership of client strategy and creative testing to lift performance and retention.
  • Lead onboarding, strategy calls, and weekly check-ins to keep accounts aligned and scalable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems for blue-collar, high-ticket clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing & Owning your POD of clients
  • Build strategy & ad creatives
  • Leading onboarding calls, strategy calls, and weekly check-ins
  • Improve campaign performance & client retention
  • Work directly with our team to solve problems and scale accounts

Requirements

  • Experience as a CSM or running Meta lead generation campaigns
  • Experience working with high-ticket, blue-collar businesses is a plus

Preferred

  • Experience working at a marketing agency or running paid ads (Meta preferred)
  • You enjoy improving systems, testing ideas, and making things better
  • Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up
  • Problem solver who takes ownership
