Job Summary
Own the client growth program and take full ownership of strategy, onboarding, and ongoing optimization for a POD of accounts.
- Own ownership of client strategy and creative testing to lift performance and retention.
- Lead onboarding, strategy calls, and weekly check-ins to keep accounts aligned and scalable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems for blue-collar, high-ticket clients.

Responsibilities
- Managing & Owning your POD of clients
- Build strategy & ad creatives
- Leading onboarding calls, strategy calls, and weekly check-ins
- Improve campaign performance & client retention
- Work directly with our team to solve problems and scale accounts
Requirements
- Experience as a CSM or running Meta lead generation campaigns
- Experience working with high-ticket, blue-collar businesses is a plus
Preferred
- Experience working at a marketing agency or running paid ads (Meta preferred)
- You enjoy improving systems, testing ideas, and making things better
- Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up
- Problem solver who takes ownership
