Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for assigned customers or internal account teams in the Customer Success Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Maintain accurate account notes, contact information, service history, tasks, and next steps in the CRM as part of the Customer Success Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Coordinate routine requests, status updates, deliverables, and follow-up across internal teams across creative advertising and campaign work in this Customer Success Coordinator position.
• Monitor open items and service commitments and escalate delays, risks, or unresolved customer issues for the Toolad team as part of Customer Success Coordinator work.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, usage or service updates, and other customer-facing information while supporting creative advertising and campaign work in the Customer Success Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Identify recurring questions or service gaps and share them with the appropriate team for improvement as part of day-to-day Customer Success Coordinator responsibilities at Toolad.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple accounts or requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
