Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers
• Listen to customers and identify their individual needs
• Educate customers about available products, services, and programs
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Assist customers with applications, enrollments, or service requests
• Provide timely and professional customer follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information
• Protect confidential and sensitive customer information
• Complete all required product, system, and compliance training
• Follow Bossi Boulevard and client-partner policies and procedures

Requirements

• Customer service, sales, marketing, consulting, or related experience is preferred but not required
• We are willing to train motivated and coachable candidates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, personable, dependable, and results-oriented
• Organized and capable of managing customer follow-up
• Comfortable learning and explaining different products and services
• Able to follow established procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with a team
• Comfortable using electronic systems and participating in virtual meetings
• Willing to complete any required background screening
