Job Description

Responsibilities

Answer customer emails, calls, and DMs — quick, warm, and professional
Take orders, follow up on quotes, and keep customers updated through production
Run our social media: create posts, reels, and stories that show off our work
Help with marketing — promotions, email blasts, and keeping our webstores fresh
Keep our order system organized so nothing slips through the cracks

Requirements

Are comfortable learning new software fast (we'll train you on our systems)
Write clearly and sound friendly in writing
Have an eye for social content and enjoy being creative
Stay organized and follow through
Bring positive, productive energy to a fast-paced shop
