Brightroc Marketing is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a face-to-face customer acquisition and sales role working directly with customers inside major retail locations. Representatives are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on client products and services, and generating sales through professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner within assigned retail locations
• Provide product and service information to prospective customers
• Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively
• Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Generate sales and assist customers with product enrollment or purchasing decisions
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent client brands positively
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to and from the office and assigned retail locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
