Customer Service Account Manager

Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise and custom apparel company serving businesses, schools, first responders, and national brands. We combine in-house production with modern merchandising solutions to help our clients create high-quality apparel and promotional products.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Account Manager who can manage client relationships, keep projects organized, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys working directly with customers in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients across apparel and promotional product orders
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare quotes and follow up to move opportunities forward
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time production
• Track orders, update clients, and proactively handle any issues
• Assist with online merch store requests and customer support
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Support the sales team by keeping deals organized and moving

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of urgency
• Customer service, account management, or operations experience preferred
• Experience in apparel, promotional products, or a related industry is a plus
