Peninsula Wireless Services, a dynamic sales and development firm in Burlingame, is hiring Customer Outreach Associates to bring affordable wireless solutions directly to our clients. The Customer Outreach Associate will work onsite at pop-ups, leveraging their ability to connect to drive sales conversations that educate our clients on affordable mobile solutions.

As a Customer Outreach Associate, you’ll undergo sales training focused on pop-up events and client engagement with affordable mobile solutions. The Customer Outreach Associate will also learn how to spark interest and build trust while helping our clients discover affordable smartphones and data plans. Every Customer Outreach Associate plays an important role in supporting sales growth while creating positive experiences for community members.

Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Associate

• Engage with clients in person at events and pop-up locations to increase awareness of affordable mobile solutions and connectivity opportunities.
• Support sales initiatives by engaging customers to highlight the accessibility and value of available wireless programs.
• Build meaningful community engagement by helping our clients understand mobile service options that support their everyday needs.
• Foster positive customer interactions that encourage engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and generate sales opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing Customer Outreach Associate training designed to strengthen communication and sales skills.
• Assist with outreach and sales activities that maximize event engagement and create memorable customer experiences.
• Contribute to sales and engagement goals by connecting with our clients and supporting enrollment conversations when appropriate.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Outreach Associate team members to support outreach efforts and overall sales objectives.

Qualifications of the Customer Outreach Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, professional presence that makes every interaction approachable.
• Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to different event clients.
• Quick to adapt when event conditions shift, maintaining composure and focus.
• Motivated to develop professional sales skills and grow as a Customer Outreach Associate.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
