Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Interaction Specialist at Crown Direct Marketing, located in the Houston Metropolitan Area. The Customer Interaction Specialist will be responsible for engaging, interacting, and acquiring new customer accounts. This is a face-to-face interaction role that is for building brand recognition, providing excellent customer service to create lifelong customers through increased brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Experience in account management or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
