About Promofect

We're a promotional products and decorated apparel company with our own in-house screen printing and embroidery facility. We work with corporate teams, schools, first responders, and small businesses — helping them put their brand on everything from custom t-shirts to full merchandise stores.

We're small, we move fast, and we're growing. Every person on our team plays a real role in how the business runs and where it's headed.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who genuinely likes people, is great on the phone, and knows how to build relationships that stick. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business — you'll be the person clients hear when they call, see when they walk in, and count on to keep their projects moving.

This isn't an entry-level position. We want someone with enough experience to handle real customer situations independently, but who's still hungry to grow and excited about being part of something that's building momentum.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the front-line customer experience — phones, walk-ins, and follow-ups
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, keeping clients informed and satisfied
• Support quoting, order coordination, and project tracking alongside our sales team
• Create and post content across our social media channels that reflects our brand
• Capture shop floor moments, finished products, and behind-the-scenes content
• Collaborate with production, art, and sales to keep everything moving smoothly
• Use AI tools to communicate faster, work smarter, and serve customers better

What You Bring

• 3–7 years in a customer-facing role — account management, sales support, or client services
• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel taken care of
• Strong organization and follow-through — you don't let things slip
• Comfort with or curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in daily work
• Social media confidence — you know how to represent a brand online
• A professional, polished presence — you'll be the face people meet first
• Experience in promotional products, decorated apparel, screen printing, or a related industry is a significant plus
