Job Description
United Ventures is hiring a Customer Enrollment Agent to support community-based outreach campaigns across the Burlingame area.
This is an entry level Customer Enrollment Agent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, being out in the community, and building real-world experience in sales, outreach, and customer enrollment.
As a Customer Enrollment Agent, you’ll represent wireless service programs at local events, helping community members understand their options and complete the enrollment process on-site.
Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Enrollment Agent at United Ventures:
- Attend local events and outreach pop-ups to promote our client’s services
- Speak directly with community members about available wireless services
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
- Support daily outreach and sales targets through completed enrollments
- Work with other Customer Enrollment Agent team members to maximize event success

- Product knowledge and service positioning
- Customer engagement and consultative sales techniques
- Territory planning and event execution

Ideal Skills & Qualifications For Our Customer Enrollment Agent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, Telecommunications, or a related client-facing role
- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people in public settings
- Interested in building a career in sales, outreach, or customer engagement
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow from an entry level Customer Enrollment Agent role
- Able to work on your feet and adapt to different event environments
This Customer Enrollment Agent position is an entry level role with full training provided. Each Customer Enrollment Agent is developed in both communication and sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in community outreach.
