Own and drive local event-driven marketing efforts by assisting with planning and setup, engaging customers, collecting feedback, and coordinating materials and administrative tasks across campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and setting up promotional events
- Represent the company professionally during in-person marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers and provide information about products or services
- Conduct basic marketing research through surveys, interviews, and customer feedback
- Collect and organize data from promotional activities
- Help distribute marketing materials such as flyers, samples, or brochures
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and event coordination
- Monitor customer responses and report findings to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel locally for events if needed
- Prior customer service or promotional experience is a plus, but not required
