Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Acquisition role at CEAL Consulting located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The role involves daily customer acquisition activities, building relationships with clients, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes analyzing customer data, communicating effectively with clients, and utilizing interpersonal skills to acquire new customers.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Analytical Skills for customer data analysis
- Customer Satisfaction and Support experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
