  • Partnership & Channel: Leverage databases, association directories, referral networks, and trade show contacts to build a robust prospect base.

Job Description

Own end-to-end field-to-customer acquisition for orthotics and rehab markets, coordinating pipeline, events, and account onboarding while tying activity to CRM-driven metrics.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Source and qualify leads across orthotic and spine practices, physical therapy clinics, DME suppliers, and prosthetic clinics.
  • Marketing Ops: Manage the acquisition pipeline in Monday.com with consistent follow-up and clean data at every funnel stage.
  • Partnership & Channel: Leverage databases, association directories, referral networks, and trade show contacts to build a robust prospect base.
  • Performance Analytics: Track pipeline status, conversion metrics, and competitive intelligence, reporting updates to the Marketing Manager.
  • Asset Creation: Support inbound and outbound marketing materials including emails, sell sheets, brochures, and social content with a consistent brand voice.
  • Campaign Execution: Schedule content and monitor campaign performance across digital platforms, compiling analytics on KPIs.
  • Website Ops: Keep product pages and news sections accurate and current.
  • Onboarding & Handoff: Partner with the Customer Relations Exec to onboard new accounts with welcome kits and initial training materials.
  • Field Education: Conduct occasional in-person visits to key accounts and university partners to deliver product education and strengthen relationships.
  • Trade Show Logistics: Assist with end-to-end logistics for national participation including shipping, travel, and on-site setup/teardown.
