Your Operational Matrix:

• Deal Flow Ingestion: Source and identify early-stage, high-potential token ecosystems, infrastructure protocols, and DeFi platforms prior to their institutional or public rounds.
• Strategic Sourcing: Establish direct, unmediated communication channels with founders, ecosystem leads, and tier-1 syndicates to secure early allocations or partnership positions.
• Macro Tokenomics Evaluation: Analyze project positioning, token utility models, funding history, and market viability strictly from a commercial and financial perspective.
• Ecosystem Sourcing: Represent SwissMarketLab’s capital and growth capabilities within exclusive US tech hubs, venture circles, and closed pitch networks.

The Profile We Require:

• Uncompromising On-Chain Footprint: You live in the decentralized ecosystem. You actively track what venture funds are funding, follow whale wallet movements, understand liquidity deployment, and monitor governance forums.
• Elite Sourcing Network: You already possess a robust personal Rolodex of Web3 founders, active angels, and venture operators. You know how to get into closed Telegram groups and Discord channels where real deals are made.
• Pure Commercial Mindset: Your core strength is project psychology, market fit analysis, and networking. You do not need to understand cybersecurity architecture, and no programming knowledge is required for this mandate.
• Communication: Exceptional professional negotiation and articulation skills in English.
