Job Description

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Design and implement scalable and secure solutions using Java, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and create architectural blueprints.
Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all architectural designs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and software development.
Strong proficiency in Java, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
