Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a CRM Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH/Buffalo, NY/Albany, NY. You will drive end‑to‑end technical strategy while leading teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour

CRM Technical Lead Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of CRM capabilities across onboarding, sales automation, customer journeys, and support workflows.
- Provide hands‑on engineering leadership by writing code, conducting reviews, resolving technical blockers, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
- Drive seamless integrations with core banking systems, data platforms, marketing tools, and third‑party CRM solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
- Mentor and guide developers on design patterns, best coding practices, automated testing, and modern development methodologies.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, security, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, align technical direction, and support Agile delivery.
- Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, including 7+ years with Oracle Siebel CRM and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong backend engineering expertise with Java/.NET/Node.js and deep experience in enterprise CRM integrations.
- Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
