Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the integration of our Service team and Supply Chain functions through a newly implemented CRM system. This role will act as a key link between Service and internal operational teams (Warehouse, SAP, and Operations), ensuring smooth execution and visibility of parts-related processes including inbound, outbound, transfer, and RMA returns.
The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of warehouse operations and SAP processes, while preparing to support and adapt to the transition into a CRM-driven workflow environment.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Process Coordination
- Support daily operations using the CRM platform as the primary interface between Service and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor and manage service-related requests initiated in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Track and update request status, ensuring accurate data visibility across teams
- Assist in identifying process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement during CRM implementation
Supply Chain & Operations Support
- Coordinate parts-related processes including inbound, outbound shipments, inventory transfers, and RMA returns
- Work closely with Warehouse and SAP teams to ensure accurate execution of transactions and inventory movements
- Support reconciliation of parts movements and ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records
Warehouse & SAP Learning and Execution
- Gain hands-on understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
- Learn and support SAP-related processes tied to inventory and logistics transactions
- Assist in troubleshooting operational or system-related issues in coordination with internal teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Service, Warehouse, SAP, and Operations teams
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities, timelines, and issue resolution
- Support change management efforts related to CRM adoption
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or warehouse environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Familiarity with service operations or RMA processes
- Exposure to system implementation or process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel or data tracking tools
