Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks and documentation connected to marketing support, brand communication, content, campaign coordination, growth initiatives, and client services.
• Maintain timelines, action items, trackers, status updates, and shared files accurately.
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups and document decisions, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
• Identify delays, missing inputs, or routine risks and escalate them to the appropriate owner.
• Prepare concise project updates so remote teams can coordinate work efficiently.
