Role Summary
Customand has a remote opening for a CRM Coordinator supporting moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations. In day-to-day work, you will support prospecting, customer follow-up, CRM accuracy, and sales-team coordination. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.
What You'll Handle

Maintain lead, prospect, customer, opportunity, and activity records accurately in the CRM in the CRM Coordinator role at Customand.
Research or qualify assigned prospects using approved criteria and record relevant business information as part of the CRM Coordinator role at Customand.
Coordinate follow-up emails, calls, meetings, demos, or handoffs for sales representatives across moving, scheduling, and relocation operations in this CRM Coordinator position.
Prepare quotes, proposals, account summaries, pipeline reports, or sales-support materials using approved information for the Customand team as part of CRM Coordinator work.
Track open follow-ups, stalled opportunities, missing information, and next actions while supporting moving, scheduling, and relocation operations in the CRM Coordinator role at Customand.
Support recurring pipeline and activity reporting and help keep sales records complete and current as part of day-to-day CRM Coordinator responsibilities at Customand.

What You Need

Strong organization, customer communication, follow-up, and data-entry skills for the CRM Coordinator opening at Customand.
Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and sales-support tools.
Ability to manage a high volume of leads or follow-up tasks without losing documentation.
