About the RoleWe are seeking a Creator Partnerships & Growth Associate to join our NYC team. In this role, you will support creator relationship management, campaign execution, livestream initiatives, and creator growth strategies across TikTok and other social platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, livestream commerce, and social-driven growth.
Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and support creators across TikTok and other social platforms
- Coordinate creator partnerships, campaign timelines, and content deliverables
- Maintain creator communication and support ongoing relationship management
- Assist with livestream campaigns, creator activations, and offline events
- Track campaign performance metrics and creator engagement data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creator, marketing, operations, and client teams
- Support creator outreach, onboarding, and operational workflows
- Assist with creator community development and growth initiatives
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or related fields
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content platforms
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Interest in creator economy, livestream commerce, and digital growth
- Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate programs
- Experience in creator outreach or talent management
- Familiarity with livestream campaigns and creator operations
- Experience supporting performance-driven social campaigns
- Work at the forefront of creator economy and TikTok commerce
- Gain hands-on experience in creator partnerships and social commerce growth
