Job Summary

Drive influencer outreach and creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for social editorial campaigns in film/entertainment culture.

  • Must-have: 3–5 years in influencer/entertainment marketing with agency experience.
  • Standout: Review contracts and lead redlines to secure creator collaborations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Social Editorial program — a client-facing initiative focused on building film and entertainment communities across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound creator outreach, identifying and engaging film enthusiasts, fan accounts, and entertainment-adjacent creators aligned with client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Instagram-first film community accounts, with a strong understanding of platform culture, content aesthetics, and community behavior.
  • Identify emerging entertainment voices on TikTok and support timely, culturally relevant content placements that resonate with film and fandom audiences.
  • Support YouTube creator relationships for longer-form editorial content, including reviews, reactions, and fandom-driven storytelling.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client-facing contact for Social Editorial campaigns, communicating placement opportunities, creator updates, and performance insights clearly and professionally.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate relevant creators aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with creators, negotiating partnerships and securing collaboration opportunities.
  • Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing creators, managing content, and tracking performance.
  • Review and understand creator contracts and lead on redline changes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer, creator, or entertainment marketing — agency experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for film, TV, and entertainment culture; you know the fandoms, follow the conversation, and understand what drives engagement in these communities.
  • Proven experience working with or within entertainment-focused social communities — fan accounts, film TikTok, cinephile spaces, and similar.
  • Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of how content culture and community behavior differ across platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable negotiating placements and managing ongoing creator relationships with a relationship-led, non-transactional approach.
  • Natural relationship-builder who connects authentically with creators, fans, and partners at all levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment — able to read a room, adjust tone, and build trust over time.
