affiliate program and influencer partnerships ownership drive revenue while keeping creator onboarding and asset flow tight.

Own day-to-day affiliate and partner ops, including recruitment, onboarding, payouts, and performance reporting.
Source and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, with briefs, rates, usage rights, and activation cadence.

Affiliate & partner program — Own day-to-day operations of Bijou's affiliate program — recruitment, onboarding, communication, and payouts
Manage relationships with creator affiliates and brand partners. Support the business development manager for hospitality venue partners (Ie, vineyards, breweries, restaurants)
Build and refine tiered commission structures and partner incentive frameworks aligned with margins
Track and report on performance metrics: attributed revenue, EPC, and ROAS
Identify new partnership categories; own outreach campaigns and co-marketing activations
Influencer & creator partnerships — Source, vet, and activate influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity windows for paid creator campaigns
Brief creators on campaign goals, product positioning, and messaging guardrails
Maintain a live creator roster with audience data, rate cards, and performance history
In-house creator management — Manage Bijou's in-house content creators — set production schedules, review deliverables, and align output to the content calendar

2+ years of experience managing affiliate programs and/or influencer/creator partnerships
Background at a DTC, Shopify, or ecommerce brand (agency experience considered with brand-side exposure)
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, Impact, ShareASale, or similar)
Proven ability to manage creator relationships — briefing, feedback, and asset review
Comfort with digital asset management: naming conventions, file specs, folder structure
Strong analytical skills — you track performance and translate data into decisions
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
