We're looking for a Creative Project Manager who can keep productions moving, clients informed, teams aligned, and creative work operating at a high level.

About the Role

You'll become the operational backbone behind many of Speakerbox Media's client projects.

You'll work closely with clients, producers, editors, strategists, and leadership to coordinate projects from kickoff through delivery.

Some days you'll be leading discovery meetings.

Some days you'll be organizing production schedules.

Other days you'll be helping shape interview strategy, preparing executive briefing documents, reviewing deliverables, or identifying ways to improve our internal workflow.

This role requires someone who enjoys both planning and execution.

You'll need to think strategically while staying focused on the details that keep projects moving.

What You'll Own

You'll take ownership of client projects from beginning to end, including:

• Leading project kickoff meetings with clients
• Managing project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams
• Preparing production schedules and project documentation
• Developing production briefs and interview preparation materials
• Helping executives prepare for podcast and video recordings
• Monitoring project milestones and identifying risks before they become problems
• Collaborating with editors, producers, designers, and strategists
• Reviewing deliverables for quality and completeness
• Keeping project management systems organized and up to date
• Supporting on-site productions when needed
• Looking for opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes
• Helping ensure every project supports the client's business objectives
