Job Summary

Own end-to-end project management for marketing creative across campaigns, content, branding and events, turning objectives into briefs and driving timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Own end-to-end creative project management with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Translate marketing goals into briefs, manage timelines and resources, and ensure on-time delivery with quality and brand consistency.
  • Track performance and apply data to improve future campaigns and workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of creative and marketing projects (campaigns, digital content, branding, events)
  • Develop project timelines, workflows, and resource plans
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing, design, content, and external vendors
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative briefs
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure clarity on deliverables
  • Oversee the creative development process from concept through execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets
  • Provide structured feedback loops and approvals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in project management within a marketing or creative environment
  • Proven experience managing creative campaigns or content production
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, email, branding)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira)
  • Familiarity with creative workflows (design, copy, video production) preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics
  • PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus
  • Prolonged periods of standing may be required
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures
