Job Summary

The role owns the end-to-end production lifecycle from brief to launch, serving as the primary liaison with external agencies, translating strategic briefs into executable production plans, and mentoring junior producers across cross-functional teams to maintain quality while staying agile.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the production life-cycle, defining workback calendars and bringing structure to complex creative workflows.
Act as the primary liaison for external agencies and production partners, managing intake, scoping (SOWs), timelines, and budgets.
Partner with internal Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and creative leads to translate strategic briefs into actionable production plans.
Guide and mentor junior producers to ensure all deliverables maintain quality standards.
Combine operational excellence with creative agility, ensuring quality standards are met while adapting to dynamic trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.

Preferred

8 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
Experience managing external agency relationships, negotiating vendor scopes of work (SOWs), and overseeing project budgets.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including creative, product, and brand marketing teams.
