Role Overview

As a Creative Producer, you will act as a key organizational anchor, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initial booking through final delivery. Working under the guidance of leadership (specifically John Pinto, CEO), you will be the bridge between our clients and our creative team, ensuring the “JV Experience” is delivered with precision. While the leadership team sets the vision and expectations, this role will manage and execute project logistics, maintain strict timelines, build client rapport, and coordinate the creative and post-production teams. This role requires a high degree of communication, organization, and commitment to maintaining "The JV Experience."

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relations & Project Oversight

• Project Kickoff: Initiate projects by delegating tasks and setting up necessary files and automation.
• Client Rapport: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for logistical updates and feedback loops.
• Communication Bridge: Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs for editors, motion artists, and sound talent.
• Post-Project Success: Manage the "final touch" by sending thank-you gifts and Google review links to ensure long-term client loyalty.

2. Pre-Production & Logistics

• Planning Documentation: Build comprehensive pre-production documents based on kickoff calls and original scopes.
• Scheduling: Utilize organizational tools to create detailed call sheets and production schedules.
• Resource Coordination: Arrange all necessary travel and accommodations (flights, rentals, etc.) and assist with staffing decisions for shoots.
• Crew Management: Start and manage crew group chats to ensure all team members are aligned before and after a project.

3. Creative Workflow & Accountability

• Timeline Accountability: Act as the anchor to hold the creative team accountable for scripts, storyboards, and asset delivery.
• Post-Production Tracking: Create workback schedules for post-production and lead weekly status meetings to ensure alignment.
• Review & Quality Assurance: Track rounds of revisions, add clear notes to revision documents, and ensure technical standards are met before final delivery.
• Asset Management: Manage final deliverable exports and maintain organized digital filing systems across Dropbox and Vimeo.

4. Operational Execution

• Scope Management: Monitor project "add-ons" or overages and communicate regularly with the leadership team regarding financial health or client concerns.
• Process Improvement: Assist leadership in streamlining internal processes and documenting workflows to increase studio efficiency.
• Sister Company Liaison: Act as a critical manager for sister company (Bella Donna Studios) post-production tracking and project adherence.

• Experience: 5+ years in creative project management or agency production, with a deep understanding of the video production lifecycle.
• Creative Mindset: You can take high-level creative ideas and turn them into clear, organized task lists.
• Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for problems to arise; you identify potential bottlenecks in the schedule weeks in advance.
• Remote Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of self-organization and project management tools and remote collaboration software.
• High EQ: You possess the soft skills required to build rapport with demanding clients while motivating the creative team, while holding all parties accountable.
