About Vienna & Co.

Vienna & Co. is a boutique creative marketing agency working with hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands. We specialize in branding, website design, social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, and creative strategy.

As the agency continues to grow, I'm looking for a Creative Operations Assistant to become my right-hand person. This isn't a traditional assistant role, it's an opportunity to work alongside a founder, learn every aspect of running a creative agency, and grow into a larger role as the business expands.

No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how I like it.

What You'll Be Doing

Agency Operations

• Help keep client projects moving
• Assist with research for new projects and campaigns
• Organize Google Drive and creative assets
• Build presentations, mood boards, and creative decks
• Research trends, competitors, and industry inspiration
• Help improve internal systems and processes

Influencer & Partnership Coordination

• Research creators for client campaigns
• Reach out to influencers via email and social media
• Coordinate collaborations from start to finish
• Ship products to creators
• Track campaign deliverables and deadlines
• Follow up to ensure projects stay on schedule

Creative Production

• Source models and talent
• Research shoot locations
• Find props and styling pieces
• Help prepare for content shoots
• Assist on shoot days
• Capture behind-the-scenes content
• Organize photos and videos after shoots

Marketing Support

• Schedule social media posts
• Build simple ManyChat automations
• Assist with email marketing
• Publish blog posts
• Make basic website updates
• Organize and upload client content

Vienna & Co.

• Help create content for the agency
• Assist with personal brand content
• Help film behind-the-scenes videos
• Support networking events, collaborations, and brand partnerships

Who I'm Looking For

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Willing to learn new platforms and software
• Excited to grow with a small but ambitious agency

Experience with Canva, Notion, Shopify, WordPress, ManyChat, Klaviyo, or Meta Business Suite is a bonus, but not required. I'm much more interested in someone who is resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn.
