Responsibilities

• Graphic & Print Design: Create digital/print assets including website graphics, ads, email campaigns, catalogs, sales collateral, and trade show materials .
• Video & Motion Graphics: Shoot, edit, and deliver commercial-quality video content and short-form videos (LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, TikTok) . Develop motion graphics and animations .
• Photography: Conduct photo/video shoots in studio, corporate, event, and manufacturing environments .
• AI & Innovation: Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content creation, image generation, and workflow efficiency .
• Brand & Team Leadership: Direct two graphic designers, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership .

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, or multimedia production .
• Team Management: Prior experience supervising or directing junior designers .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred .
• Software: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) .
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI content generators (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.) .
• Production Skills: Studio/field photography, video editing, lighting, motion graphics, and presentation design .
• Languages: English required
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing, apparel, industrial, or consumer goods background is a plus .
