Job Description

Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the Senior Design Consultant on major brand initiatives and high-level design direction, helping translate strategic creative vision into consistent day-to-day execution. Review and approve creative work across design, photography, video, and marketing assets. Provide clear creative feedback to ensure work aligns with Naturepedic’s brand standards and visual identity. Maintain consistency across campaigns, product launches, social media, retail materials, and marketing initiatives. Support the evolution and implementation of brand guidelines across creative outputs. Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the design and content teams. Assign projects, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met across creative deliverables. Provide mentorship and support to designers and creative contributors. Help maintain a collaborative and productive creative environment. Ensure creative projects move efficiently from briefing through final delivery. Work closely with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into actionable creative deliverables. Review work at key stages of development to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards. Balance creative quality with practical timelines and production needs. Partner with marketing, e-commerce, retail, and product teams to support brand initiatives. Participate in campaign planning and creative brief development. Ensure creative deliverables support broader brand and marketing objectives. Support organized creative workflows and asset management practices. Ensure creative assets are properly labeled, stored, and accessible for internal teams. Help maintain efficiency and clarity across the creative production pipeline.

Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communications, or a related discipline preferred. Candidates with comparable professional experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. 5–8 years of experience in design, brand creative, or creative team leadership. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, design sensibility, and brand-level creative work. Experience managing designers or creative contributors in an in-house or agency environment. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, photography, and visual systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear creative feedback and direction. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working collaboratively with marketing and cross-functional teams.
