Job Summary

Support the creative team across campaigns, content production, and asset management to keep brand work cohesive and timely, guided by industry trends and audience insights.

  • Campaign execution and mood-board development to spark fresh concepts.
  • Brand asset organization, proofreading, and cross-channel consistency.
  • Collaborative ideation with designers, writers, and marketers informed by research on trends and audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the creative team in developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Support content creation for digital, social media, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
  • Help develop creative concepts, presentations, mood boards, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators on various projects.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and emerging creative practices.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Organize and manage creative assets, project files, and content calendars.
  • Proofread and review creative materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in branding, content creation, advertising, and creative strategy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, or design abilities.
  • Familiarity with photography, video editing, or motion graphics.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative projects, content, writing, or design work.
