Job Description

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Growing revenue for Lux214 Media Group and clients.
Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, events, public relations and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing account management within an agency setting.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, event marketing, public relations and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or PR agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and projects across various media.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
