  • Brand-led design: print, digital, web, social, email, events, and internal communications to drive consistent, conversion-friendly visuals.
  • Website support: WordPress updates, HTML/CSS tweaks, page layouts, banners, forms, and lightweight motion for digital campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities and creative production across print, digital, web, social, email, events, campaigns, and internal communications, maintaining brand direction and visual identity while ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Design branded materials for print and digital channels including flyers, mailers, brochures, banners, signage, swag, social graphics, emails, digital ads, infographics, and campaign assets.
  • Prepare assets for multiple formats (print, web, social, email, digital screens, presentations) with attention to readability and accessibility.
  • Create and maintain branded templates to support consistency across departments, locations, and campaigns.
  • Assist with website updates, including page layouts, banners, content blocks, forms, and landing pages, and support ongoing improvements.
  • Use basic HTML/CSS for minor website updates, formatting, and troubleshooting display issues.
  • Work within WordPress or similar CMS to update content and support site improvements.
  • Support the design of calls to action, page layouts, and user-facing digital materials with the end user in mind.
  • Apply basic UI/UX principles to improve usability, readability, mobile layout, and conversion-focused design.
  • Create simple motion graphics and animated assets for social media, websites, and digital campaigns while preserving brand consistency.
  • Ensure digital materials are easy to understand and guide users toward clear next steps for patients, community members, partners, and other audiences.
