Responsibilities

• Draft press releases for new collection launches, brand partnerships, and major announcements
• Review and proofread editorial copy prepared by media partners, publishers, and external agencies for factual accuracy, brand voice, and editorial consistency
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Leadership to ensure accuracy across all press materials
• Support the PR team with reactive copy, media pitches, and event communications
• Build and maintain core brand messaging, boilerplate copy, product descriptions, and approved language libraries for use across regions and partners
• Write captions for Jacob Arabo's personal Instagram account — conversational, direct, and reflective of his voice; no hashtags, no calls to action
• Develop copy for the Jacob & Co. main brand account across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Write copy for the Jacob & Co. jewelry-specific social presence
• Adapt tone and format appropriately across platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with the social and creative teams on content calendars and campaign rollouts

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, with a significant portion in luxury — fashion, jewelry, watches, automotive, hospitality, or adjacent sectors
• A portfolio that demonstrates genuine range: social captions, long-form narrative, press materials, and scripted content
• Exceptional command of voice — you can write for a brand, a founder, and a press release in the same week and make each one sound right
• Deep familiarity with luxury brand standards: restraint, specificity, and craft-forward storytelling
• Comfortable working at speed across multiple workstreams without compromising quality
• Highly collaborative — you will work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, PR, and external partners daily
• Strong editorial instincts and a sharp eye for when a single word is wrong
• Fluency in French is a plus, not a requirement
