Job Description
Responsibilities
- Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Capture and edit engaging photo and carousel content for Instagram and TikTok
- Design infographics, Instagram Stories, and other social-first graphics
- Write engaging captions and contribute ideas to overall content strategy
- Develop content calendars and content pillars
- Pull social media analytics, research trends, and identify content opportunities
- Publish and schedule content across social platforms
- Support community engagement, including responding to comments and messages
- Research social trends, competitors, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during productions, agency events, and in-studio creative work
Requirements
- Experience or a strong understanding of multicultural marketing and culturally relevant storytelling, particularly for Latino audiences and brands
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Strong short-form video editing skills; Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
- Graphic design skills; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Social-first photography and videography skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Caption and social media copywriting
- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (Preferred)
Preferred
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Trello, Dropbox, and Google Workspace is a plus
- Content strategy and trend forecasting
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
