About Conversa Corps
Conversa Corps is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit start-up transforming multi-organizational crisis coordination through digital collaboration infrastructure. We operate Aid Arena, a Slack-based platform serving 720+ accounts across 430+ organizations globally, enabling humanitarian, disaster response, and aid organizations to coordinate effectively during crises. Our mission is to unite aid providers—from local volunteers to global organizations—in seamless collaboration that maximizes collective impact and brings hope to communities in crisis.
Summary
As lead content strategist, this role creates engaging visual and multimedia assets for all organizational communications while maintaining exceptional artistic standards. The Producer develops the content calendar, creates platform-specific content, produces training materials, and collaborates with Marketing to customize content for sector-specific outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create multimedia content strategy showcasing Conversa Corps' humanitarian coordination platform
- Design compelling graphics, infographics, and visual assets for social media and campaigns
- Produce and edit videos including training materials, promotional pieces, and impact stories
- Develop content calendar in collaboration with other Communications team members
- Work with Marketing team to adapt content for specific campaigns and target audiences
- Create sector-specific versions of content for ambassador toolkits and targeted outreach
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all creative outputs
- Produce resources helping emergency response teams understand and use Aid Arena
- Monitor content performance through analytics and adjust approach based on engagement
- Maintain organized asset library for efficient content repurposing
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in content creation and multimedia production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and design excellence
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Background in visual arts, graphic design, or related creative fields
- Proven ability to blend artistry with strategic communication objectives
- Experience in nonprofit, mission-driven, or humanitarian sectors preferred
- Able to commit to approximately 6-10hrs/week
