AUDIONEVERDIES is looking for a versatile Creative Content Intern to join our creative team in New York City.

We’re currently building a 90-day campaign around NYC artist LAYNEVERDIES and his upcoming project, INFINITE WAYS TO LIVE, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be in the room helping us build it.

This is a paid, flexible internship combining hands-on content production, video editing, photography and creative support.

Compensation: $100/week.

You’ll shoot. Edit. Take photos. Help color grade. Capture BTS. Assist on larger productions. Find moments in raw footage. Help organize assets. Bring ideas to the table. And occasionally jump into whatever needs to get done to keep the creative process moving.

You will make things that actually get released.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot short-form, performance, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot photography
• Color correct and color grade photo/video
• Assist with larger campaign and hero productions
• Review raw footage and identify strong moments for content
• Turn individual shoots into multiple usable assets
• Organize footage, project files and creative assets
• Assist with occasional light creative/admin work
• Collaborate with the artist, creative director and broader team
• Bring your own ideas—not just wait for instructions

What We’re Looking For

• NYC-based
• Available for a flexible combination of in-person production and remote creative work
• Flexibility for select shoots and production days
• Own laptop capable of photo/video editing
• Strong video editing skills
• Comfortable shooting both video and photography
• Working knowledge of color correction and color grading
• Comfortable operating cameras and understanding exposure, lighting, composition and frame rates
• Understanding of vertical/social-first content
• Strong visual taste and sense of pacing
• Organized, dependable and communicative
• Genuinely loves music
• Wants to be part of the creative process—not just someone we send files to

Extensive professional experience is not required.

We care much more about taste, hunger, reliability and the work you’ve actually made than a perfect résumé.

We’re looking for someone who wants hands-on creative experience, wants to experiment, wants responsibility, wants to contribute ideas and wants to get better while helping us build something in real time.

Role Details

Initial Term: 90-day campaign period, with potential to continue

Scheduling will vary between in-person production and remote creative work based on the campaign calendar. Additional work outside of the regular weekly scope will be discussed and compensated separately.
