As the Creative Assistant at SIMKHAI, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, providing seamless assistance in all aspects of graphic design projects and production. You will be supporting the production process from concept to completion, working closely with the creative team and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidatewill have a strong creativebackground, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of creative projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Work closely with the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all collaborators involved in creative projects, including internal teams and external vendors. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensureeveryone is aligned on project goals and objectives.
• Graphic Design Support: Assist the digital designer with any digital or graphic design needs for socialmedia, marketing materials, emails, or invitations. Collaborate on design conceptsand provide supportin executing designs to meet project objectives.
• Creative Briefs: Assist in the development of creative briefs by gathering project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure all briefs are comprehensive and provide the necessary guidancefor the creativeteam to execute the project successfully.
• Product Photography Coordination: Coordinate the processof sending out products to be photographed as flats for our website, ensuring that each season'scollection is properlyrepresented. Liaise with photographers and external vendors to schedule and oversee the photography process, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Selects and Retouching: Oversee the selection process for photographs taken during shoots,ensuring that the final images align with the brand's vision and standards. Provide detailed retouching notes to retouchers to ensure that final images meet quality expectations and accurately represent the product.
• Shotlist Creation: Createcomprehensive shotlists for all shoots,outlining the required shotsof each product. Collaborate with the creativeteam to ensure that shotlists align with the overall vision and objectives of the project.
• Gathering Products for Shoots: Overseethe collection of products needed for all shoots, ensuring that the necessary items are available and in the appropriate condition. Coordinate with internal teams to gather product samples and accessories according to the shoot requirements.
• Budget Management: Assistin budget planningand tracking for creative projects. Monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints and identify any potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions and keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projectdetails, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Keep accurate records of all project-related communications and decisions.

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or design.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,specifically Photoshop, InDesign,and Premiere Pro
• Must have minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role within the creative industry, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
• Must have strong organizational skillswith the abilityto manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of creative production processes and best practices.
• Must have attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Must have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
