  • Communication Strategy & Planning - Advise executive leadership on strategic messaging, speeches, thought leadership, reputation and high-visibility communications while maintaining authentic executive voices. - Develop integrated communication strategies aligned with business objectives, audience needs, enterprise priorities, and desired outcomes. - Translate complex strategic, operational, technical, workforce, digital, or reputational topics into clear communication roadmaps, narratives, message frameworks, and channel plans. - Anticipate communication needs, stakeholder concerns, risks, and opportunities and recommend proactive approaches before issues arise. - Define objectives, audiences, messages, channels, sequencing, governance, responsibilities, and measures of success for assigned initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Consulting & Trusted Partnership - Serve as a trusted communications advisor to assigned leaders, initiative owners, and subject-matter experts. - Diagnose business challenges and recommend communication solutions that address root needs rather than solely fulfilling requests. - Build credibility and influence without formal authority; facilitate alignment across stakeholders with varied priorities. - Handle confidential, sensitive, or high-visibility information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Messaging, Content & Storytelling - Develop clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging and content across written, presentation, digital, campaign, event, and multimedia formats. - Create narrative and message architectures that organize complex topics and reinforce a consistent enterprise voice and brand. - Adapt tone, voice, detail, and delivery for executives, managers, employees, candidates, field teams, technical audiences, or external stakeholders, as applicable. - Partner with team members, platform owners, and other contributors to produce integrated communication experiences.
  • Campaign & Program Leadership - Lead communication programs and multi-channel campaigns from discovery and planning through execution, measurement, and closeout. - Coordinate resources, stakeholders, reviews, approvals, creative assets, publishing, deployment, and interdependencies. - Maintain strategic oversight during execution, resolve issues, and adjust plans as priorities and audience needs evolve. - Own quality, consistency, timeliness, and measurable outcomes for assigned work.
  • Change Enablement & Adoption - Develop communication and stakeholder-engagement approaches that build awareness, understanding, readiness, participation, and adoption. - Help leaders communicate change effectively and reinforce key messages throughout implementation. - Assess communication or stakeholder risks and recommend actions that improve readiness and implementation success. - Introduce practical improvements and new approaches that strengthen engagement and adoption.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Define communication objectives, KPIs, feedback methods, and evaluation approaches in partnership with analytics resources. - Evaluate effectiveness using campaign data, channel metrics, stakeholder feedback, audience insight, adoption measures, or business outcomes. - Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve strategy, delivery, channels, standards, and future investments. - Share expertise, reusable practices, and lessons learned to strengthen MarCom capability.
