Job Description

Job Summary
The Ruth and Normal Rales Jewish Family Services is actively seeking a Corporate Philanthropy Director, who will be working closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and the FRD team in managing a portfolio of 100-125 individual and corporate donors including new and evolving donors, ensuring a diverse and sustainable funding base.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., non-profit management, development, fundraising) or equivalent professional experience.
  • · Minimum of 2-3 years of working in non-profit fundraising.
  • Corporate Sponsorship experience preferred.
  • · Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in fundraising software, including data entry and reporting.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the impact of individual and corporate gifts and inspire impactful giving.
  • Professionalism, discretion with sensitive information, and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
