Job Description

Position Summary

UFP Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer serving construction, packaging, and retail markets, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Corporate Creative Services Specialist to support the development of high-impact visual content across the enterprise. This role is responsible for producing professional video, photography, graphics, and digital media that bring UFP’s products, people, and values to life while helping communicate complex, technical information in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, produce, and edit multimedia content including promotional videos, internal communications updates and town halls, product demonstrations, training videos and simple graphics. Skill with animation a plus.

  • Capture high-quality photography and videography in manufacturing, distribution, and office environments.

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, on-brand content for internal and external use.

  • Manage and organize digital media assets for enterprise-wide use.

  • Ensure all content aligns with UFP corporate brand standards.

  • Collaborate with other corporate departments (i.e. Marketing, HR, Safety, and Compliance) and Business Units as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of professional multimedia production experience.

  • Strong portfolio required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments.

  • Experience developing multimedia content for multilingual products or global audiences.

  • Exposure to 3D animation or CAD-to-animation workflows.
