Job Summary

Assist Align Technology's Corporate Communications team with content creation, events, and program support to strengthen employee and stakeholder communications.

Assist with writing original employee communications and engagement content.
Strong writing, editing, and professional communication with executives.
Exposure to corporate communications processes and cross-task collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Learn about Align as a company.
Support Corporate Communications on various project tasks such as:
Writing original editorial content for employee communications and engagement
Documenting, updating, and refining communications best practice guides
Supporting corporate and management social media content planning
Updating an online press room, including press kits to inform key audiences
Producing virtual and in-person employee meetings and events
Editing and cataloguing videos
Assist with documentation and organization of various programs and projects, as needed
Development of presentation materials including graphs and PowerPoint presentations
Follow all departmental and company procedures as indicated in quality, administrative, or other systems.
