Corporate Communications seeks an associate communications specialist to serve our business partners. Variety versus routine will fill your days as you write, edit, collaborate and coordinate communications for multiple audiences, including internal associates and the independent insurance agents who represent Cincinnati Insurance.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Equipped With

• s trength in grammar, punctuation, capitalization and organization of content
• k nowledge of AP style
• ex cellent listening and writing skills
• t he ability to frame content and adjust tone to reach specific audiences
• s trong audience awareness
• c omfort with and openness to new technology
• the ability to handle multiple projects at once, prioritizing as needed
  

Bring Education Or Experience From

• a degree in communication, English, journalism or related field
• one or more years working in a similar role in a professional setting – preferred but not required
• a position in the insurance industry with knowledge of personal, life or business insurance – preferred but not required
