Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy for course descriptions, website landing pages, and promotional materials including digital to drive enrollment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to develop and refine course content, including PowerPoint slide decks and supplemental materials.
  • Manage the receipt and archiving of incoming course materials; compare with prior versions to validate accuracy, completeness, and readiness for distribution.
  • Design and format educational materials for both digital and print publication, ensuring a professional and consistent presentation.
  • Proof and edit all written content—including website copy, presentation decks, emails, and handouts to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with IT and technical team to ensure timely delivery and compatibility of materials for online platforms and webinars.
  • Research, write, and edit blog posts on topics related to continuing education, accounting, and financial industry trends to support content marketing efforts including SEO friendly content.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content production, or editorial work
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing content workflows and version control for print and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with instructors, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience in continuing education or adult learning environments.
  • Comfort with accounting and financial content.
  • Familiarity with design tools.
